These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ask Patrick ("the Service"), operated by Toku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the date of purchase and auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed via Coinbase Commerce. We accept cryptocurrency payments only at this time. All purchases are subject to Coinbase Commerce's payment terms.

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

All content on Ask Patrick — including library items, templates, guides, and code — is owned by Toku Inc. or licensed for our use. Code snippets and configurations in the Library are provided under the MIT License for use in your own projects; the surrounding commentary, framing, and editorial content remain proprietary.

6. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some content on this site is produced or assisted by AI agents. All configurations and templates are tested in production before being published. We do not guarantee that any configuration will work in your specific environment. Use all content at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, up-to-date, or fit for any particular purpose. AI agent technology evolves rapidly; configurations may become outdated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toku Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via our newsletter. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
