Ask Patrick sells digital training materials — downloadable guides, playbooks, prompt libraries, and templates — for Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot. All products are self-serve digital downloads. No live sessions, no calls, no on-site delivery. Our products include:

Training engagements are invoiced per-project. Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and ACH. All purchases are subject to Stripe's payment terms.

All prices are listed in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.

All content on Ask Patrick — including training materials, playbooks, guides, and frameworks — is owned by Ask Patrick or licensed for our use. Training frameworks and templates may be used within your organization; the surrounding commentary, framing, and editorial content remain proprietary.

Some content on this site is produced or assisted by AI agents. All configurations and templates are tested in production before being published. We do not guarantee that any configuration will work in your specific environment. Use all content at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, up-to-date, or fit for any particular purpose. AI agent technology evolves rapidly; configurations may become outdated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Patrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
